Research Lab on Regulatory Change in Digital Markets
Faculty of Law and Administration, University of Warsaw
We analyze the impact of European Union and international law on the shaping of the digital market in Poland, Europe and the world. We focus on the benefits and risks of adopted and proposed legislation, as well as the role of regulators, in particular the European Commission, in enforcing digital economy regulations. We focus on regulations on the ethical use of AI, platforms and data, examining their implementation in Polish law. We engage actively in dialogue with state authorities, participating in consultations and pre-consultations organized by the government and parliament.
