We study the impact of modern technology on industrial development and labour markets. We specialise in quantitative analyses that provide insight into the changes occurring as a result of the robotisation and digitisation of businesses.
What we do
- We study robotisation and digitalisation: We analyse how the implementation of artificial intelligence tools by Polish companies affects the labour market and work organisation.
- We develop digital maturity models: We develop models for assessing the digital maturity of institutions, including universities, and companies.
- We map the competences of the future: We identify the key competencies needed to successfully implement modern technologies and increase competitiveness in the digital economy.
- We study the higher education sector: We analyse the attitudes of the tertiary education sector towards the changing competence requirements of the workforce and the adaptation of university operations to new conditions.
- We recommend macroeconomic policies: We develop recommendations for the conduct of macroeconomic policies in the context of the deepening digitalisation of the economies.
- We collaborate with various companies: We are involved in projects within the European Digital Innovation Hubs Network (EDIH)
